The Girl's New Bedroom Additions

We have had a lot of changes taking place in our home as of late.  With electric heat coming in to save money this winter, we ended up having to get rid of our couch.  We moved all of Adam's stuff out of our back bedroom into our living room (for the next 6 months) and let the girls have their own rooms again.
They couldn't be more different.  Sammie has wanted to study sharks since...well...as long as she's been able to talk about them.  So, she now has her own fish tank in her own bedroom and in 4 to 6 weeks when the water is ready to house them...she will be getting her first two sharks.  She can have other fish in there with them, but has to wait until Saturday to add those.  Last night was her first night with the tank set up and she left her fan on low to listen to the water gurgling.  She said she kept getting up because it sometimes looked like there were fish in there.  She is soooooooo excited for Saturday. :D

Conversely, Alex wrinkles her nose at the thought of cleaning up after fish.  LOL  She is in love with Tinker Bell and her bedroom is proof of just how much!  :D
I still have to touch up the paint in both bedrooms and will take more pictures of these rooms, (her valance just went up today), but for now I thought I would add just these two to show our progress!

God is good.

Tinker Bell, you are looking good. Sam, let me know when you get the tank stocked with fish and I will bring over my fishing pole. Love, Grandpa

How fun! I can't wait to see pics of the sharks.

I love seeing how different they are... it makes me wonder how different the boys will be.

Andrea, they will be like night and day! LOL :D There are going to be somethings that they seem like twins in and other things that make you wonder how they can even be brothers. It's awesome like that! I love their differences.

Grandpa~Alex smiled from ear to ear after reading your entry...Sam glared and said she's got her eyes on you! LOL :D
