Oh how fun! Those sleds look great! Portland is so not prepared for snow that I think the entire city is sold out of sleds. Bummer we didn't get one of those good ones last week before the snow!
You know, we went to Walmart and checked out all the sleds, which ranged from $6.00-$39.95. :O We couldn't believe the price they wanted for some of them. We bought the girls the ones like we grew up with. A saucer (like mine) and a long one (like Adam had). When we were sledding down the hill, 5 other children showed up with the $39.95 ones we had just seen. Our girls booked down the hill, while the others sort of dragged their way slowly down. Sometimes, oldies turn out to be goodies! :D
Don't worry. Next time you guys come home for a visit, come in the winter and we will take the boys sledding!!! I'm a huge kid when it comes to winter sports. :p I will gladly sled with all the kids.LOL
Ahh, to be young and able to enjoy the $^&#* snow. When I was young and in my prime, I was ready for sleding any old time. Now that I am old, I do what ever I can to stay out of the cold.
