Today, Adam had to work and so the girls and I took the opportunity to go through all their drawers, give away all their old clothing that was too small and make room for all the new stuff. :) They gave me their annual fashion show. Alex is our sporty girl and Sam our fashion diva! :D Alex preferring to shop at Steve and Barry's while Sam loves Debs. This was so much fun. 
Alex was talking with me while Sammie spent several minutes on each wardrobe change. We had such fun. She has the sweetest little face I have ever seen and I had to capture it for my own memories of those moments shared. I love our girls.

I keep looking at other blogs to see if I can find prettier girls, but I guess I will just have to give up. They are by far the most beautiful girls I can find. Love you both very much. Grandpa. (p.s.) Adam and Shelly, you are doing a great job raising my granddaughters.

Ahhh, what I'm missing witout a girl!!!
Ok...tonight at 10 pm when I was standing in the fish section of Walmart looking for Ick fish drops with a crying little girl because two of her fish have died before she could figure out exactly what they had...I was wishing she could stop the tears long enough to help me find the chemical we needed. There are ups and downs...with each (boys and girls)! :D Clothing shopping is definitely put in there by God to make up for all the tears that come from daughters. :D
Nice school clothes, ladies... sounds like the first topic for this upcoming school year is "Sassiness... discuss". Sorry to hear about the fish. -JC
